  • We will provide an in-house sound tech & use of the in house sound system.

  • Concert lighting included

Set up time must also take place within the scheduled period.

You are responsible for staffing your own Door.

Access to any specialized lighting (LED Wall, Fog, etc.) must be reserved for an additional usage fee.

The Rabbit Hole reserves the right to sell concessions at any event that takes place on the premises.

Hard cutoff at midnight.

You are required and responsible for acquiring insurance for the event & must show proof of insurance at least 24hrs before the event begins.
